Terms of Use

SkyAI Campus (skyaicampus.com) is run by [TO FILL: company legal name], [TO FILL: registered address] ("we", "us").

• Give true details when you sign up, and keep them up to date.
• One account per person. Don't share your account or let others use it.
• Keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens on your account.
• If you think someone else has used your account, change your password and email support@skyaicampus.com straight away.

Please don't:

• Break any law, or help anyone else do so.
• Copy, sell or publish our questions, explanations or lessons, or use bots to download them.

Our content: the questions, explanations, lessons, designs, logo and software on SkyAI Campus belong to us or the people who license them to us. You may use them for your own learning, but not copy or share them commercially.

Your data: your answers, progress and anything you add stay yours. You let us store and use them to run SkyAI Campus for you, as our Privacy Policy explains. We may also use totals with no personal details (for example "most students find this question hard") to improve our questions.

Feedback: if you send us ideas or report a mistake in a question, we may use them freely to improve the service.

SkyAI Campus helps you practise. It does not guarantee a job, an interview, a placement, exam marks or any other result. Your job-readiness score is a guide based on your practice, not a promise or a certificate.

We work hard to keep questions and explanations correct, but mistakes can happen. Features that use AI can be wrong, so check anything important. If you spot a mistake, please tell us at support@skyaicampus.com.

SkyAI Campus is free to use for now. We may add, change or remove features, and the site may sometimes be down for updates or problems we can't control. If we ever add paid plans, we will show the price clearly and you will choose whether to pay.

You can stop using SkyAI Campus at any time. To delete your account and data, email support@skyaicampus.com.

We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms or use the service in a way that could harm other students or us. Where it is fair to, we will tell you why first and give you a chance to fix it.

We provide SkyAI Campus "as is". As far as Indian law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses, such as a missed job or lost opportunity, from using or not being able to use the service. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Indian law that cannot be taken away, including under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If there is a dispute, please email support@skyaicampus.com first and we will try to sort it out. If we can't, the courts in [TO FILL: city, state] will have jurisdiction.

If we change these terms, we will update the "Last updated" date. For big changes, we will tell you by email or on the site before they apply. If you keep using SkyAI Campus after that, you accept the new terms.
